Your Initial Acupuncture Visit

Please be prepared to stay for 1-1.5 hours on the first treatment, which includes the initial consultation and intake.

I am a participating provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance. I will be happy to check your insurance benifits prior to your first visit. Other payment options are available if requested.

Things to consider before arriving for treatment

  • Make sure to eat something light an hour or two before arriving
  • Wear loose fitting clothes
  • Bring a list of medications you are taking
  • Take all pain medications as prescribed by you doctor and if possible, refrain from caffeine.
